Shipping Policy:

At Tails to Treats, we want to make shopping for your pup as simple (and tail-wagging!) as possible. That’s why shipping is FREE on all orders — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Times:

  1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  2. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times:

  1. Standard shipping within the United States usually arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.
  2. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  1. We do our best to ensure every package arrives safely, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at tailstotreats@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly — either by issuing a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Addresses:

  1. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  2. We aren’t responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

International Shipping: At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
