At Tails to Treats, we want to make shopping for your pup as simple (and tail-wagging!) as possible. That’s why shipping is FREE on all orders — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Processing Times:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping within the United States usually arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.
- Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We do our best to ensure every package arrives safely, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at tailstotreats@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly — either by issuing a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Addresses:
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- We aren’t responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
International Shipping: At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
