We want you and your pup to love our products. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or goes missing in transit, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at tailstotreats@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Note: We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout or damage caused by improper use of our products.
